JAMMU, Dec 11: Independent candidate from Jammu West, Dr Anil Dhar held a road show in the Constituency today.
The road show started from Bhagwati Nagar and it passed via Talab Tillo, Bohri, Shakti Nagar, Bakshi Nagar, B C Road, New Plot, Janipura, Rehari, Subash Nagar, Shiv Nagar and later culminated at Bhagwati Nagar.
He was given good response by people enroute who assured him vote and support. The people enroute also apprised him of their problems saying that the Constituency being densely populated has been ignored by the successive Governments as the conditions of roads, lanes and by lanes is bad with total insanitation all over.
Dr Dhar assured them that if elected he will take up their problems forcefully in Assembly and leave no stone unturned in settling them.
He said development will be his priority and he will strive to make Jammu West Constituency a model Constituency of the State by launching various developmental projects.
He said he will also take care of problems of educated unemployed youth and strive hard for framing a policy for them by seeking the cooperation of the fellow legislators in this regard.
