Dr Banarsi Lal, Senior Scientist & Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST-J) has been felicitated by the District Administration, Reasi on 75th Republic Day for his contributions in the agricultural sector specially his endeavours on organic and natural farming.
