JAMMU, June 16: Dr Avtar Singh Jasrotia has been appointed as Director, Sports and Physical Education (SPE) in University of Jammu (JU), replacing Prof Dhyan Singh Bhau.
Prof Dhyan Singh Bhau has been appointed as Director, Distance Education, JU, vice Vijay Dev Singh.
