BHADARWAH, Aug 6: Dr Ghanshyam N Jha, Scientist (SS)-Fisheries of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Bhaderwah of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu received prestigious fellowship award of International Academy of Science and Research (IASR), Kolkata.
The two day national conference was based on title “Biodiveristy, Climate Change and Food Security for Livelihood with Multidisciplinary Approach for Sustainable Development” was held at Govt Degree College (GDC) Doda.
A reputed panel of very senior level scientists recommended and announced a prestigious award to the name of Dr Jha during the conference. The award consists of a Gold medal/memento and a certificate. This was given during the valedictory session of the National Seminar to Dr. Jha for his innovative attitude, introduction of new technologies in Doda district and his achievements in the fisheries sector.
