JAMMU, June 9: The Executive Body meeting of the Asha Kiran Welfare Society (AKWS) was held here today wherein Dr JP Gupta was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Society.
The Executive Members of the Society also elected Dr Vikrant Sharma as President of the Society, Jaswant Manhas as Senior Vice-President, Kamal Netar Gupta as General Secretary, Sri Niwas Abrol as Cashier, Hari Chand Sharma as Joint Secretary, Anil Kohli as Publicity Secretary, and Vinod Kumar as the Organising Secretary.
Dr JP Gupta, Chairman thanked all the members present in the meeting and stressed upon them to continue social activities for the welfare of the people.
