Dr Kotwal discusses implementation of Special Campaign 3.0 in Ladakh

LEH, Oct 17: Dr Pawan Kotwal, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, today chaired a crucial meeting of the officers and discussed the implementation of Special Campaign 3.0 across various departments in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
A statement said that the primary objective of the meeting was to institutionalise daily activities, eliminate pendency, and address grievances accordingly.
The Special Campaign 3.0 represents a robust initiative aimed at streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring prompt redressal of the grievances from the citizens of Ladakh.
Dr Pawan Kotwal highlighted the need for a coordinated effort across various departments to ensure the success of the campaign and deliver the desired outcomes to the people of Ladakh.
He underscored the importance of coordinated efforts and collaboration among various departments to effectively execute Special Campaign 3.0. He emphasized the need for transparency, accountability, and innovation in addressing the challenges faced by the UT.
Secretary Rural Development Department, UT of Ladakh, and the Nodal Officer of the Special Campaign 3.0, Amit Sharma said that all the targets have been identified and efforts are underway to achieve them by the Departments.
“All the departments are enthusiastically participating in undertaking a cleanliness campaign and reducing the pendency, and the progress is being monitored in this regard,” he said.
The meeting also laid special emphasis on de-cluttering spaces and beautifying offices, rooms, and premises within the departments.
“These efforts are aimed at enhancing the work environment and productivity of the employees,” Sharma said.
Dr Pawan Kotwal concluded the meeting by expressing confidence in the abilities of the officers/officials and the departments to bring about the positive change in the work environment of the UT of Ladakh.
Principal Secretary, UT of Ladakh; Commissioner Secretary, Social and Tribal Welfare; Commissioner Secretary, Tourism and Culture; Secretary Rural Development among others attended the meeting in offline and virtual mode.
