JAMMU, Nov 18: Noted Interventional Pain and Palliative Care specialist at Government Hospital Gandhinagar Jammu and president of IAPC (Indian Association of Palliative Care) J&K chapter, Dr Rohit Lahori was invited as a faculty and panelist at Delhi IAPCCON 2023 (Indian Association of Palliative Care Conference) for the session on essence of Geriatric Palliative Care held at AIIMS New Delhi.
The Conference was attended by the eminent faculty and delegates from all the parts of country. The aim of the Conference was to focus on the need of Palliative Care for terminal sick patients and to incorporate Palliative Care need in all the specialties of Medicine, focusing all the aspects of Palliative Care including Physical symptoms, Social issues, spritual aspect and financial aspects.
It is pertinent to mention that IAPCON 2025 will be held in Jammu and Kashmir and faculty from all over the globe is expected to join and address the conference.
