LEH, Apr 25: Consequent upon the relieving of Dr Safdar Ali, Laltinkhuma Franklin, Commissioner Secretary UT of Ladakh, has been designated as Secretary in the Department of Finance, UT of Ladakh.
In addition to his duties, Dr Franklin shall also handle the functions of the post of Director, Accounts & Treasuries, Ladakh, unit further orders.
