JAMMU, Sept 16: Dr Naseeb Singh Manhas, Director Programmes Srinagar Doordarshan Kendra, was today assigned additional charge of Director Programmes Doordarshan Kendra Jammu.
Dr Manhas is son of the soil.
An order to this effect was issued today by the Prasar Bharti Broadcasting Corporation of India.
Another son of the soil, Anoop Khajuria has been posted as Director Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar.
Khajuria will also keep existing responsibilities at Doordarshan Kendra New Delhi as well.
Dr Manhas will hold additional charge of Director Doordarshan Kendra Jammu as the post was lying vacant.
