JAMMU, Mar 31: Dr HS Paul, Delhi Bureau Chief for Daily Excelsior, was conferred with Indian Achiever’s Award at the 3rd Golden Star Award celebrations, organized by ACS Media Corporation in association with National American University, at The Classique Club, Mumbai.
The award was received by Dr Paul from Terence Lewis – International repute Dancer and Choreographer and Dr Sohini Sastri – International repute Consultant Astrologer in the presence of Dr Abhiram Kulshreshtha – Director General, ACS Media Corporation, Ragini Khanna – Indian Film & TV Star, Sunil Pal – Comedian, Mohit Chauhan – Indian Play Back Singer, Simran Ahuja – International repute Dancer and winner of many Beauty Contest and Acharya Shailesh – International repute Astrologer.
Dr Paul was born in Punjab in 1956. He did his Doctorate in “Advertising Management” from Victoria Global University – USA and Diploma in Journalism, Advertising and Marketing, and Graduation in Commerce from Delhi University. He joined Media profession in Delhi in 1977. He has experience of 42 years in the field of Journalism, Advertising and Marketing. Since 1989, he is working as a Regional Head Space Marketing (North India) and Delhi Bureau Chief for Daily Excelsior of Jammu.
His business and editorial contribution have always been awarded during the last 32 years by the publishers of Daily Excelsior, Competition Master, Celebrity, Aside, Jetking, Abhiyaan, Mayapuri, Lotpot, Filmi Kaliyan, Nutan Kahaniyan, Cricket Samrat, Manak, Jaltedeep and many more.
Dr Paul is Vice Chairman of PRSI (Delhi Chapter) and former president of Delhi Advertising Club. He is also member of Foreign Correspondent Club of South Asia, Advertising Standards Council of India, Mumbai, Delhi Management Association and Chelmsford Club of Delhi.
