JAMMU, Oct 4: Dr Naresh Chander Prabhakar, a retired Civil Servant of J&K Government, has been appointed as Public Relation Officer of Chamberlain Hotel London, United Kingdom for two years.
As the PRO, he will plan visit of foreign delicates and briefing for their meeting with the Higher Officers. The appointment letter in this regard has been issued by Patrick Simon, Personal Assistant Appointing Authority UK.
Pertinent to mention that Dr Prabhakar is a retired Civil Servant of J&K Government, who has worked with the Govt of India as National Level Monitor Ministry of Rural Development and Consultant with the State Rural Department on contract basis for implementation of National Rural Livelihood Mission.
