DODA, Apr 6: Dr Rajiv Singh, Educationist and Police/Administration-Public-Press Relations Specialist, addressed the officials of 7th Battalion Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) at Khellani, here.
Dr Singh said that service to the country is the greatest work and that they were all lucky to have got an opportunity to serve the country in their lifetime. Dr Singh said that the officials should move forward to make their battalion, the force, and the country proud.
Dr Singh has given lectures to IAS and IPS officers, Deputy Collectors, DSPs and officers of the Central Reserve Police Force, apart from several prestigious universities of the country. Dr. Singh has also been invited to academic conferences in Canada, Europe, Africa, Thailand and Vietnam. He has been associated with Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, Government of Madhya Pradesh, as a consultant.
The 7th Battalion Sashastra Seema Bal carried out social work activities too. It worked to spread awareness about COVID-19 among the locals and sensitized them on the ways to protect themselves from the epidemic. The battalion had organized blood donation camps and tree plantation drives viz-a-viz distributed study material to the locals under the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme.
