JAMMU, May 12: Apni Party provincial secretary/district president Jammu Urban, Dr. Rohit Gupta here today called on Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Dr. Ramesh Kumar.
Dr. Gupta during his interaction with the Divisional Commissioner projected development related demands of Subash Nagar and Shanti Nagar residents.
He demanded construction of a park close to govt quarters on the vacant JDA land and installation of open air gym there.
The Apni Party leader said that residential colonies in Subash Nagar and Shanti Nagar have no recreational park for children and elderly persons that can be used by them to overcome the stressed lifestyle.
He also discussed issues of basic amenities, clean drinking water and unscheduled power cuts.
After listening to the Apni Party leader patiently, the Divisional Commissioner assured that he would look into the demands and accordingly the issue will be addressed.
