SRINAGAR, Jan 27: Appreciating her work and contribution in the field of Distance Education and open learning in Kashmir, Prof Mohd Miyan, Vice Chancellor, Maulana Azad National Open University (MANOU), released the book on ‘Studies in Distance Education in Kashmir,’ written by Dr Nahid Ruhee, Associate Professor, Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), University of Kashmir (KU).
The book was released at the round table conference held at University of Mumbai on January 16 and 17, 2015.
The members present at the occasion were Prof Murli Manohar, president, Indian Distance Education Association, secretary general, executive member IDEA and directors of DEI of Dual Mode Universities in India.
