JAMMU, Aug 10: In a glittering ceremony during world Summit-2 at Dubai, renowned Homeopath from Jammu and Kashmir, Dr Shaktidhar Sharma received International Hahnemann Award.
The award was presented to son of the soil in the presence of cricket personalities Chris Gayle, Sanath Jayasuriya and Jonty Rhodes, Bollywood stars Anupam Kher, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan and global gathering of Homeopaths, for his contribution to the suffering humanity.
The Board of Trustees of the American Institute of Homeopathy presents the Christian Friedrich Samuel Christian Hahnemann Award to those members who have demonstrated distinguished service in teaching homeopathy.
Dr Shaktidhar is very popular among poor people for organizing free medical camps with free distribution of medicines in different parts of Rural Jammu and Ramnagar in Udhampur district.
