JAMMU, July 24: The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has extended tenure of Dr Shakti Kumar Gupta as Executive Director (ED) of AIIMS Vijaypur (Samba), Jammu further till 18-04-2026 or until the officer attains the age of 70 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Dr Shakti was appointed as ED of AIIMS Vijaypur (Samba), Jammu vide a Government order dated 15-03-2021 and was extended for a period of 6 months vide another order dated 21-03-2024.
His tenure has been extended further till 18-04-2026 or until he attains the age of 70 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by the Government vide another issued on 22-07-2024.
