JAMMU, Apr 11: Dr. A.R. Trag, Vice Chancellor, Islamic University of Sciences and Technology, Awantipora, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at Raj Bhavan, today.
Dr. Trag discussed with the Governor the ongoing academic and infrastructure development activities in the University. The Governor shared with Dr. Trag some of his concerns about the need to take urgent measures for progressively upgrading the standards of teaching and research in all the institutions of higher education in the State.
