KARGIL, Oct 15: Disaster Response Force (DRF) in close coordination with Baseej E Imam Kargil today rescued a man from Suru River.
As per sources, the man with the purpose of washing clothes had gone to Suru River but due to sudden increase of water level, he got trapped in the River. Anayat Ali from Drass played an important role in rescuing the trapped man. Ali said on seeing the man trapped in the River, he couldn’t stop himself from rescuing the man.
Zaheer Abass (president, Baseej E Imam) while talking to media appreciated the role of Anayat for volunteering the DRF and Baseej E Imam. Further, he urged the youth not to hesitate while doing such noble work.
