DODA, Apr 14: Police here today booked a driver for rash driving and endangering human lives.
Cops during a Naka at Baba Budhi Dass Mandir in Thathri intercepted a vehicle of Eeco make bearing registration number JK17A-8154 coming from Thathri side.
The vehicle was driven in rash and negligent manner by the driver thereby endangering human lives and it was stopped and checked by cops.
During checking cops found six passengers on board the vehicle.
During enquiry, the driver disclosed his name as Yassir Shafi, son of Mohd Shafi Tantray, resident of Nowtas, Tehsil Fagsoo Thathri.
A case in this regard was registered in FIR No. 20/2025 u/s 281/125 BNS 194 M.V Act at Police Station Thathri and investigation started.
