Bhaderwah, Mar 26: A driver was found dead under suspicious circumstances in the forest area near Nakshari village, here today.
As per police sources, a driver identified as Sanjeet Manhas (36), son of Shakti Kumar Manhas, a resident of Chan-Chinta, Bhaderwah, was found dead in the forest area near village Nakshari.
On getting information, a team from Bhaderwah police station rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Bhadarwah.
After conducting autopsy, the body has been handed over to family members for last rites.
Bhaderwah police has initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC.
