REASI, Jan 31: Police arrested a driver along with 2.500 kilograms poppy straw.
As per police sources, on specific information, police team intercepted an Indica car bearing registration number JK20-0851.
During checking, police recovered 2.500 kilograms of poppy straw and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Mohammad Saleem, son of Nazir Ahmed of Sirla Bhaga, District Reasi.
A case under FIR Number 17/16 under Section 8/15 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Katra and investigation started.
