SAMBA, May 11: A truck driver was critically injured after the vehicle he was driving turned turtle on middle of the road at Papad Morh area of Samba today.
According to the reports, the accident took place at Samba- Mansar Dhar road near Papad Morh area, when the truck bearing Registration No JK08E- 7907 going towards Udhampur from Samba on reaching Papad Morh, turned turtle after driver lost the control over the steering. As a result the driver of the truck namely Sethi, son of Kuldeep Kumar resident of Sumoian Patyari Kathua got critically injured.
He was brought to District Hospital Samba for treatment with the assistance of police.
In this regard police has taken cognizance of the matter and started further investigation.
