RAMBAN, May 11: A driver was injured when the Tata Mobile he was driving rolled down at Sherbibi area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
As per police sources, a Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK08D-1950 was on its way to Kashmir from Jammu, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it plunged into deep gorge near Sherbibi area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting into injuries to the driver.
The driver identified as Naresh Kumar, son of Devi Dass of District Kathua was rescued and shifted to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Banihal, where he was responding to the treatment when last reports came in.
Banihal Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
