SRINAGAR, June 19: Police Drug De-addiction Centre conducted an awareness programme in collaboration with Mukhtab Imam Ahmad R.A. at Govt. Girls Hr. Sec School, Baramulla, a statement said.
“The experts from the Drug De-addiction Centre appraised the students of the major concerns of drug abuse. Superintendent of Police, Baramulla, said we are putting our best efforts to safe guard the next generation from the menace of drug addiction and have sent advisories to all concerned police stations to make it sure that COPTA is enforced in every educational institute of the district,” the statement said.
Chairman of Mukhtab Imam Ahmad R.A thanked the SP for organizing this awareness camp, it said.
