RAJOURI, July 25: The police arrested a drug peddler and recovered large quantity of capsules and tablets of toxic nature besides other banned substance today.
A police spokesman said that a police party led by SHO Rajouri, Chaman Gorkha acting on a specific information intercepted one Abdul Hamid, son of Nassar Ahmed, resident of Jamola, at present ward No. 4 Rajouri, in the town and recovered 100 tablets, 47 capsules of toxic nature and 18 gms smack from his possession. The police arrested the youth and seized the drugs. A case was registered against him.
