JAMMU, Sept 16: A Police Party of Police Station Vijaypur headed by Inspector Suraj Pathania, SHO Vijaypur in close coordination with DSB Samba and under the direct supervision of Abhishek Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur apprehended one notorious drug peddler namely Surajpal S/O Balwant Raj R/O Koulpur and recovered 96 Parvon Spas intoxicant capsules from his possession.
In this regard case FIR No. 130/2017 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act stands registered at PS Vijaypur and investigation is going on. It is worthwhile to mention here that a couple of months ago he was also arrested by Vijaypur Police under Case FIR No. 44/2017 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act along with 150 intoxicant capsules.
It may be recalled that District Police Samba has launched a drive against the menace of the drugs on the directions of Anil Magotra, SSP Samba.
