RAJOURI, June 1: The police arrested a drug-peddler from Lamberi area of Rajouri and recovered some quantity of heroin from his possession.
Official sources said that a police party intercepted one Mukesh Kumar alias Billu, son of Raj Kumar, resident of Ward No 6, Bagnoti (Bagnoti Nala ) and recovered 12 gms narcotic substance stated to be heroin with cash amounting to Rs 20,520 by police party Lamberi from the same area last night.
In this connection a case FIR No. 118/2022 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS has been registered at Police Station Nowshera. Further investigation was in progress.
