KATRA, Nov 28: Katra Police today arrested a drug peddler and seized 90 grams charas from his possession.
A police party of Police Station Katra, led by SHO Arvind Sambyal, laid a special naka at Chintamani near Dak Bungalow Katra and intercepted the accused. During frisking of the accused, police succeeded in recovery of 90 grams of charas from his possession.
Police seized the charas and arrested the accused, who was identified as Asgar Hussain of Karam Katha, Reasi. In this connection, case under FIR No. 214/2016 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Katra.
