KARGIL, July 14: Police have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband from his possession.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Kargil led by PSI Nawang Dorjey apprehended a man travelling in the vehicle along with contraband.
The arrested person was identified as Mohd Mustafa, son of Mohd Akbar of Chiktan Kargil.
A case section 8/18 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Kargil and investigation has been taken up.
