KATHUA, Jan 5: Police arrested a drug peddler along with 7 grams of heroin.
As per police sources, a joint team from Anti Drug Kathua and Police Station Kathua intercepted a vehicle bearing registration number JK08G-4961.
During checking, the team recovered 7 grams heroin from the possession of a man and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Tilak Raj alias Jugnu, son of Tarso Ram, a resident of Kalibari, District Kathua.
A case under FIR Number 1/2021 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Kathua and investigation started.
