UDHAMPUR, July 1: Majalta Police arrested a drug peddler along with heroin.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Majalta led by Inspector Virender Gupta under the supervision of SDPO Ramnagar Dr Bhishm Dubey intercepted one suspected person who were roaming in suspicious manner.
During checking, police team recovered 6 grams heroin from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Qadir Khan, son of Ahmed Dullah, a resident of Majalta District Udhampur.
A case under FIR Number 63/2021 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Majalta and investigation started.
