JAMMU, Oct 28: Arnia Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered heroin from his possession.
As per police sources, during checking a team from Police Station Arnia led by SHO Inspector Deepak Katoch under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh intercepted a person, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 2 to 3 grams of heroin from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Garu Ram of Premachak, Arnia District Jammu.
A case FIR Number 103/2022 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation started.
