JAMMU, Mar 1: A drug peddler was arrested with 4 grams of heroin from Arnia area here today.
A police spokesperson said that a team of Police Station Arnia led by SHO Artnia, while on naka duty at Kothey Salehar, rounded up a suspect later identified as Kulvinder alias Kalu son of Yashpal of Salehar, Arnia.
On search of the suspect, he said, 4 grams of heroin was recovered.
The accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 08/2024 under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Arnia and further investigation started.
