JAMMU, Oct 18: Miran Sahib Police arrested a drug peddler with 4.5 grams of heroin at a surprise naka point.
“During naka duty, a team of Miran Sahib police rounded up a suspect namely Shabaz Khan son of Ashiq Hussain, resident of Nahadur Khan (tehsil Bishnah) and on search recovered 4.5 grams of heroin from his possession,” a police spokesman said.
He said in this regard, a case FIR number 132/2022 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and the accused arrested. Further investigation of the case was going on, he added.
