REASI, Jan 31: The police arrested a drug- peddler from Talwara area and recovered 10 gms of heroin from his possession last night.
Official sources said that a police party during night patrol intercepted a suspect near Mahadev Mandir Chowk on Reasi -Talwara Road and during frisking recovered nearly 10 gms of heroin from his possession. Identified as Shiv Nandan Chunu , son of Surinder Kumar of Ward No 11 Reasi. The police registered a case FIR No. 07/ 2020 against the accused and placed under sustained questioning.
