JAMMU, Jan 8: A drug peddler was arrested by police with 3.48 grams of heroin-like-substance from Puran Nagar, Talab Tillo area here.
A police official said that Mohammad Rafi of Gujjar Basti, Camp Gole Gujral, Jammu was arrested with the consignment by a party of Police Post Talab Tillo during routine naka checking at Puran Nagar area.
Accordingly, he said, the arrested individual was booked in case FIR number 04/2025 under sections 8/21/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Nowabad and further investigation taken up.
