JAMMU, Mar 29: An alleged drug peddler was arrested with 6.66 grams of heroin-like-substance in RS Pura area here today.
Jagdev Kumar alias Mittu of Kapoorpur, tehsil Suchetgarh, district Jammu, was arrested with the consignment by a team of incharge Border Police Post Chakrohi during routine patrolling at Chakrohi, a police official said.
The accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 57/2025 under sections 8/20/21 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station RS Pura and further investigation taken up, he said.
