JAMMU, Nov 14: Police today arrested a drug peddler and recovered 250 intoxicant capsules from his possession.
A police spokesman said that, on specific information, police party from Police Post Hari Market laid a naka and intercepted one pedestrian identified as Rajesh Kumar, son of Chani Lal of Sangrampur, Marh.
During checking, police recovered 250 intoxicant capsules and arrested the drug peddler.
A case under FIR number 64/13 under Section 8/21 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Hari Market Police Post and investigation started.
