JAMMU, Apr 13: Police in Jammu’s Miran Sahib area claimed today that they have arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 6 grams of heroin from their possession.
Manpreet Singh alias Nikka Jinda and Manjot Singh alias Shallu of Simbal Camp, RS Pura, Jammu, were arrested with the consignment at Maralian Morh area by a team of Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO Miran Sahib, Inspector Zaheer Mushtaq, under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura, Nikhil Gogna, and overall supervision of SSP Headquarters, Ramnish Gupta, police said.
“The accused have been booked in case FIR number 79/2023 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and further investigation started,” SHO Miran Sahib, Zaheer Mushtaq said.
