Drug peddler’s house attached in Paloura

JAMMU, Apr 10: A two-storey house belonging to a drug peddler was attached by the police in Paloura here today. The house valued at approximately Rs 45 lakh.
A police official said that the house of Vinod Kumar alias Kuda of Dogra Hall, Jammu, who had been arrested four times along with the drugs, so far by Police Stations Bakshi Nagar, Pacca Danga, and Janipur, was attached under section 68F of the NDPS Act because it was built using the proceeds of the narcotics trade.
He said that the action was taken after a thorough investigation.
According to the police official, the attached property will be sent to SAFEMA New Delhi for confirmation, further solidifying the case against Vinod Kumar.
