Drug peddler’s property attached

JAMMU, May 15: Police in Jammu District claimed today they have attached a property of drug peddler valuing several lakhs.
A residential house of one Fareed Ali of Ragoora, Jammu, was attached Under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act 1985, police said.
The property was identified as illegal and acquired through the proceeds of the drug peddling, they said.
According to police, the accused was involved in several FIRs registered at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu.
It is important to mention here that in the last month, two more properties worth crores have been freezed in Rajeev Nagar area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Bahu Fort.
