JAMMU, Dec 20: Director School Education, Jammu has asked all the Chief Education Officers of Jammu division to furnish the compliance report on implementation of transfer/posting orders of Lecturers, Headmasters and Masters, issued since January 2015.
According to an order in this regard, all the CEOs have also been directed to ensure compliance of Government order number 327-Edu of 2015, dated 10-07-2015 in letter and spirit and ensure that the salaries of the officials, who have not complied with the transfer/posting orders, are not drawn from the current month.
The compliance/upto date status report along with the detail of the surplus staff, who have been transferred and have not joined in new place of posting with their whereabouts may also be furnished to the Directorate by of December 23, 2015 positively, the order says.
Meanwhile, according to a separate order, the Director School Education has warned departmental action against the employees of Education Department, who are on deputation to JKBOSE for examination duties, in case of any complaint of misconduct against them.
“It has been observed that some of the Lecturers/Masters, appointed as Superintendets/ Dy Superintendets, for conduct of JKBOSE exams, refuse to co-operate with the Board in smooth facilitation of examinations. Such an act amounts to violation of rule 3 of JK Government Employees Conduct Rules,” Director said and impressed upon all the CEOs to inform such employees in this regard.
The controlling officers have also been directed to ensure compliance of their staff for BOSE duties.
