SRINAGAR, Apr 8: Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) today ordered a change in school timings in the Valley starting from April 12.
The changes, as per the directives, will be effective for recognized Government and private educational institutions.
While schools within municipal limits will operate from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, those outside and in other areas (districts) of Kashmir division will operate from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, according to the order by DSEK.
“All concerned institutions must strictly adhere to the given order/instructions, and any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously,” the order added.
