JAMMU, Sept 3: VHP senior leader and patron of the organization, Dr Rama Kant Dubey today expressed his satisfaction that representatives of various organizations from Jammu Division have also been included in the list to meet the All Parties Parliamentary Delegation visiting State from tomorrow.
Talking to reporters here today, he said Jammu has always been a casualty in past when ever such delegations visited the State and if they were given a chance at all that was just a face saving.
He said in past always preference was given to Valley while Jammu was not considered as much important. He said colossal damages have already taken place due to continue bandhs and strikes in Valley and it seems the situation is deteriorating every passing day.
Dr Dubey said that continued dislodging of economic activities may be commercial, economic or otherwise for around two months have taken place but situation remains the same i. e minorities like KP employees in the Valley, transportation of essential commodities, working in the Government and private establishment has come to stand still.
He said for the first time rioters have ventured openly attacking the security forces and Army camps. Though this is being done on the instance of enemy country but the losses are suffered by our nation.
Dr Dubey said unless teeth of the enemy are not blunted  situation will deteriorate further. He also appealed APD not to yield to any irrelevant demand which may prove disastrous for the coming generations as was done during the taking over by present dispensation just on the follies of some stakeholders of that time. He also appealed the Union Home Minister to dilute some concessions in the Article 370 so that the feeling of separation can be removed from the hearts of Kashmiri Muslims.
He said for over 30 years when ethnic cleansing in the Valley took place on the directives of enemy State, the communal attitude among the majority community was on rise.
