SRINAGAR, July 8: Former Minister and Member AICC today in a statement expressed concern over the deliberate silence of Chief Minister over the recent assertion of Ram Madhav that Jammu and Kashmir Government is running and functioning in consonance with the ideology of Shayma Prasad Mookerjee’.
In a press statement Vakil said that everyone knows and acknowledges that Late Mookerjee’s ideology, who was founder of Jan Sangh, is dangerous for the integrity of the J&K State.
Mr Vakil said that silence of PDP leadership over the revelations of Ram Madhav signifies that PDP has in principle agreed to facilitate the implementation of RSS plans in lieu of power together with a sell out and surrender before BJP. He said that during the entire Assembly election campaign PDP in each and every rally pledged to protect the Article 370 but in contrast to it PDP is leading a coalition whose major partner claims implementation of RSS ideology particularly abrogation of Article 370.
“The dubious approach and character of PDP has put the integrity of the J&K at stake and people across the State have developed apprehensions about their future and fate, “Mr Vakil added.
He said that the reality and true face of this coalition is not now hidden from anybody after veteran PDP leader Muzaffar Hussain Beigh too, revealed that PDP is deviating from its path and objective.
Former Minister asked the Chief Minister to clear his stand on the contradictions between the coalition parties as was admitted by Deputy Chief Minister. He said due to these happenings and developments governance factor has got adversely affected and uncertainty has prevailed upon, consequently common people are suffering a lot on this account.
