JAMMU, June 29: Duke Fashions (India) Ltd has achieved the MSME National Award in “Outstanding Quality Products” for the year 2015 in Readymade garments.
The Award was given by Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises to Komal Kumar Jain, Chairman Duke Fashions (India) Limited, during ‘National Award-15 presenting ceremony’ on June, 27, 2017 at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra, New Delhi in the presence of Giriraj Singh and Haribhai P Chaudhary, Ministers of State for MSME.
Duke bagged first award in quality garments. The MSME has given this National Award for their outstanding performance in readymade garments field which is so important for the national economy and also express the gratitude on behalf of the Government.
Interestingly, Duke had also got National Quality Award 2010 from the President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and many other awards for making quality garments. Duke is a value for money brand and our mission is to make available the quality garments and international designs and styles at highly reasonable prices. Duke is known for its quality. The Award acts as a morale booster and inspiration for Duke to achieve more outstanding business results and to deliver best-in-class and qualitative products to local and global markets as well.
Speaking on the occasion, Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister said that the Ministry of MSME is making concrete efforts in line with Digital India and Make in India visions of the Prime Minister. He congratulated the award winners for achieving excellence in various fields and expressed his hope that other enterprises in the sector would emulate the examples set by the awardees.
Komal Kumar Jain, Chairman Duke Fashions (India) Ltd, felt honoured to achieve this prestigious award and expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the invaluable contribution and cooperation to the people who really meant for this award. He further added that they are improving not only the quality of our industrial goods but also of our entrepreneurial talent through innovations.
On this occasion the Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra also launched Digital MSME Scheme and handed over three Memorandums of Understandings to SAP India, Intel and HMT respectively.
