JAMMU, July 28: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee under the leadership of Roshan Lal Pandita its president and M L Pandita general secretary met officers of various Government departments in connection with problems being faced by the people of the area.
They met the VC JDA, Executive Engineer JDA and other officers and demanded high mast light for the Park and more benches to be fitted in the park. They also demanded deployment of gardener for upkeep of the park.
The delegation also met Executive Engineer R&B and apprised him of the problems of the people due to dilapidated condition of roads and lanes in the area. They demanded that these roads and lanes be mettled and blacktopped at an earliest.
