JAMMU, Nov 18: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved an extension in the temporary upgradation of nine posts, including the post of Joint Secretary held by MK Dwivedi, to the level of Additional Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training.

As per an order, the 1997 batch AGMUT cadre (formerly J&K Cadre) officer, Dwivedi’s post has been upgraded for a term up to November 18, 2025.
Pertinently, Dwivedi has held various prestigious posts in Jammu and Kashmir as well as New Delhi.
