JAMMU, Dec 14: The Government today ordered promotion of senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department (GAD) to the Above Super Time Scale and designated him as the Principal Secretary in the same Department.
He is a 1997 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre (J&K segment) and has held various prestigious posts in Jammu and Kashmir.
