NEW DELHI, July 10: Additional Secretary to Union Government, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi here today released a new book ‘Cash Courtesy Conformity’ written by 16-year-old author, Piyush Vaid from Jammu at Rashtrapati Bhawan, South Block.
The book release function was attended by Anindyu Bhatacharya, Director, DoPT; Shankara Nand Bharti, Deputy Secretary and Ram Murti, Deputy Secretary.
The event highlighted the exceptional talent of young Piyush Vaid, whose work promises to inspire readers. Dwivedi praised the young author and encouraged other young talents to pursue the literary world.
A handout stated that the author Piyush Vaid, from Jammu, has shown remarkable literary talent at an age of 16 years. This book is his debut in the literary world.
